Bookings that cannot oversell
Parents book from their phone. Capacity is enforced when the place is held, not when someone notices, so two families cannot take the last space.
Registers on a phone at the door
Tap a name to sign a child in. Allergies and medical notes are visible without tapping, and every sign-in records who did it.
Money you can follow
Bank transfer, Tax-Free Childcare, vouchers, cash. See what is paid, pending and overdue per family, and send a reminder without writing it yourself.
Parents who serve themselves
They register once, book what they need and update their own contact details. Emergency contacts and consents stay current because the people who know them keep them up to date.
What the alternatives charge
Booking software in this sector is usually a monthly fee plus a percentage of every booking you take. The percentage is the part that grows: a club turning over £3,000 a month pays around £90 of it before the subscription.
